by this guy at this awesome pub Gus', which has dudes over 50 tending bar and generally putting up with the hip hop kids. I bought a t-shirt from the bar and it smells like the bar. seriously go and listen to (the aforementioned) Ghettosocks right now! Find of the festival.

weekend wrap

SORT OF waiting for pics from friday but I can see it was a smashing success! I actually was really busy helping with the door, float etc. for most of the night, but the (at times) overwhelming crowd did seem to be into it.

after a few hours sleep helped the best friends move into their AMAZING new apartment on Lansdowne, which was...strenuous in my condition, but I'm a good mover buddy.

then sunday, between a lot of LOST I checked out both the Embassy photo show AND We Take Lovers at wavelength. very busy, very fun.
