Well, even before I read the lyrics, I knew it was Ms. Sarah Harmer, from the cover of her album "You Were Here". Do I win a prize? ;-)

well, that photo from that album cover doesn't really look like her for one.
I just couldn't figure out how she was tied with Neil Young... what gives?*L*
Sarah's totally a cinnamon girl!as it turns out, it was a coincidence of the two being layered over each other.
